Beast Mode Competition

This is a quarterly competition of PROGRESS.

You have 90 days to reach your goals and nail some serious gainz.  This is determined by only 5 elements:  Lean Mass, Body-fat, bicep strength to weight ratio, chest strength to weight ratio, and legs strength to weight ratio.

  • Increasing Lean Mass is progress.
  • Lowering Body-fat is progress.
  • Bicep, Chest, and Leg strength to weight ratio compares how strong you are compared to your body weight.  More strength compared to weight is progress.

All these advances in your physical fitness IS PROGRESS and points are awarded based on the amount of progress.

This levels the playing field.  You don’t need to be super massive and lift heavy weights.   If a skinny guy makes more progress than Mr. Olympian Jay Kutler himself, the skinny guy wins.  Again, this is BASED ON PROGRESS.

Make sure you update your STATS every week or at least at the very beginning and very end of the 90 days.

The winner of that quarters Beast Mode Competition will get a massive shout out on social media and a featured Article, depending on the individual’s wishes.  The Hotness Tournament form is used so just let us know which or both events you are entering into.
