We collect very basic personal information such as:  Name, age, gender, email (optional), height, weight, body-fat percentage, waist measurements, bicep measurements, chest measurements, weight lifting data, body weight reps data, cardio times, personally submitted images (optional), and other personal information only submitted by you for events but not required.

Why do we collect it?

The data is imputed into a numerous computing systems and algorithms to determine fitness stats, scores, and event ranks.  Other optional and not required information is used, at your approval, for events.

How do we collect it?

Most data is collected through various forms completed by you.  Other information and media is collected through email or social media, submitted by you.

What do with do with the information we collect?

The data is stored in our encrypted data log with Google and is used for scoring, ranking, and determining personal health and fitness data.

How do we protect the information collected?

Your personal name is only used for initial, consent form.  From then on, a LifeGymID is associated to your personal data.  This LifeGymID is never made public by anyone directly affiliated with this site.  This LifeGymID acts as a buffer between you personally, and your personal data.  A Nickname is also used, but this nickname is public and publicly used, again, to protect your real identity.  Your data is privately stored in our encrypted data log with Google and only approved site administrators have access.

What information we will never seek to collect or keep:

This site and anyone affiliated will never ask for personal information note noted above.  Your financial information regarding a bank account or any financial account will not be requested.  Your government personal identification information will never be requested such as your social security number or any government identification number.

What about BitCoin?

In the instance you win an event and BitCoin is the reward, we will need a wallet identification number to send the BitCoin to.
