We will use this information and formulate Push/Pull routines, Upper/Lower routines, and muscle group isolation routines; all from your favorite workouts! Which workout do you vote for? Well, in general, you would want to vote for the workout that YOU have seen the most improvements doing. Not necessarily the “easiest” ones or the “simplest” ones but the ones that destroyed your muscles the best! The one that YOU depend on to get the results that you get.
The thing is, we are all human and all our muscles are made up of the same amino acids. Your amino acids needed to create muscle are not different from mine. The hormones that trigger muscle growth and repair are the same for everyone.
The point I’m getting at is that there are some workouts that are generally better for the human body, you and me, than others. And doing workouts that got results for 85% of the human population definitely increases your chances of success as well.
